I recently stayed for one night at a beautiful hotel during my tour of Saudi Arabia. I was pleasantly surprised by the enormous lobby and expansive suite I was upgraded to, complete with an ensuite bathroom and large living area. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the espresso maker for a morning boost. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the staff was attentive. The mixture of power outlets was a thoughtful touch for travelers.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

A nice size room with nice view on garden. Best possible and peaceful location in a central area, just next door to the Conference Center, the "restricted " areas of the "holy city " and restaurant and frond office service and response.

Breakfast offerings could use better coffee options.

I recently stayed at this spacious hotel in a quiet area, and it was so refreshing! The lobby is huge, and the rooms are really comfortable with giant beds and ample space. I loved the breakfast buffet - tons of tasty options to kickstart the day! Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful, making it easy to get info about the area.
The hotel does have a bit of an outdated feel, and the key cards kept deactivating near my phone, which was a hassle. the shuttle service could use more frequent runs to allow for better flexibility. though, it was a great stay!

The only merit of this hotel is its location. It's located in the zone of Medina, where non -muslims can stay.
Rooms have many defects starting from outlet of water from bath and ًٌwc pan to finger burning base of wc lamp. The Managers are formal and guest- unfriendly. The reception's Saudi staff has weak English and seems quite unprofessional. All the time they call their Indian assistants to resolve the easiest task. Hotel's restaurant has bad kitchen -almost uneatable. But this is a common problem for whole Madinah.

No bells, no whistles, just facts
Comfortable, spacious rooms with a luxurious touch. The shuttles to the nearby Haram are a key highlight, though timely service could improve. The staff is consistently polite and helpful.

Excellent services, the free parking was available onsite. Soundproof & nicely decorated rooms with WI FI access and zero sound isolation, for instance. Tasty food served, very very good breakfast.
